Welcome to Nova Med Spa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By visiting our website, scheduling an appointment, or receiving treatments at Nova Med Spa, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Nova Med Spa

Nova Med Spa is a licensed medical aesthetics practice located at 1451 Old Country Rd, Plainview, NY 11803. All injectable and medical treatments are performed by licensed Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Registered Nurses (RN) operating under physician medical supervision in accordance with New York State law.

2. Services

We provide aesthetic medical services including but not limited to:

• Botox and other neuromodulator injections
• Dermal fillers (lip filler, facial filler)
• Morpheus8 RF microneedling
• Microneedling and PRP treatments
• Sciton Erbium YAG laser resurfacing
• Other aesthetic and skin treatments

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive injectable treatments. Some services may have additional age or medical requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet medical eligibility criteria.

4. Booking and Appointments

Booking

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or via SMS. A complimentary consultation is included with all new client appointments.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

• A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service
• Forfeiture of deposit, if applicable
• Requirement of prepayment for future bookings

5. Pricing

Prices listed on our website are subject to change. The price quoted at consultation or treatment time supersedes any prior listed pricing. Specials and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Botox pricing of $10 per unit is an introductory rate offered to new and existing clients. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Treatment Consent

All medical treatments require:

• A complete medical history disclosure
• Review and signing of informed consent documents
• Disclosure of medications, allergies, and previous treatments
• Pregnancy/nursing disclosure (we do not treat pregnant or nursing clients with injectables)

7. Results and Expectations

While we strive for excellent outcomes, individual results vary based on factors including age, skin condition, lifestyle, and biological response. We cannot guarantee specific results. Photos of results are from real clients and are used with their consent.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services:

• Performed services are non-refundable
• Prepaid packages may be refunded for unused sessions, less an administrative fee
• Treatment dissatisfaction will be addressed through complimentary follow-up appointments where appropriate

9. Risks and Side Effects

All medical procedures carry inherent risks. Common side effects of injectable treatments may include:

• Bruising, swelling, or redness at injection sites
• Temporary asymmetry or unevenness
• Headache (for Botox treatments)
• Rare but possible: infection, allergic reaction, or vascular complications

Detailed risks specific to your treatment will be discussed during consultation and outlined in your consent documentation.

10. Photography and Marketing

Before and after photographs may be taken for medical documentation. Use of photographs for marketing or educational purposes requires your separate written consent. You may revoke this consent at any time in writing.

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
• Not to copy or reproduce content without written permission

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Nassau County, NY.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
